PRIVACY POLICY

 Lady Veterans Connect, Inc. (LVC) is a registered 501(c)3 charitable organization that provides Hope, Homes, and Healing to Lady Veterans and their children. LVC respects the privacy and security of our contributors and members.  LVC does not capture information about individual users of the site except where that information is necessary to accept a donations or to respond to your request for information about our services. While the website does allow us to process donations, it does not allow us access to the credit card information. Credit card information is handled independently by our third party processor, Streamline a WordPay company. Information on their services can be found at www.streamline.com.

 No contact information on our mailing list is shared with other charitable organizations. If you have become part of one of our distribution lists and wish to be removed, please e-mail: info@ladyveteransconnect.org or call (859) 806-4297.

Donation Refund Policy

 Lady Veterans Connect, Inc. (LVC) is a registered 501(c)3 charitable organization that provides Hope, Homes, and Healing to Lady Veterans and their children. Refunds of gifts are discouraged, however, if there is a clear error in the amount of payment or payee, please contact LVC within 30 days of the donation at 859.806.4297 between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM EST to resolve any refund issues.

Since opening the Thurman-Abbott Transitional Home for Lady Veterans on 1 July 2016, not one night has gone by without a bed being used by a Lady Veteran in need. 4 Lady Veterans, who otherwise would be homeless, have stayed at the home.
